Twelve rolling racks. Six hundred references. One showroom floor.

Our showroom holds the current season's salesman samples alongside an archive of every program we have produced in the last eight years. Partners walk the floor, pull garments, and confirm cut, hand-feel, and stitch density before bulk is committed.

Visits are by appointment Monday through Friday. Remote partners receive filmed walk-throughs and sample boxes within seventy-two hours of request.

Manifesto · 01

A trading house engineered for the modern textile economy.

Sayko Textile is the apparel and fabric arm of Sayko System — an independent trading group connecting suppliers and buyers across eight commercial divisions. We operate at the intersection of bonded logistics and a global mill network, building durable supply chains for brands that refuse to compromise on material or margin.

From boutique runs of 200 units to seasonal programs of 200,000, every order is handled by a dedicated production manager in-house. We don't sell catalog garments — we engineer them, source the right cloth, and move them on time.

Inside the Atelier · 03

Where the pattern leaves paper and becomes garment.

Every program starts on a five-hundred-square-metre atelier floor. Pattern-makers, sample tailors, and a digitised cutting room work shoulder-to-shoulder so that the first proto reaches your desk in under three weeks — not the eight that the industry treats as standard.

We size-set on real bodies, not just on a dress form, and we run wash and wear trials before bulk fabric is committed. The result is fewer late corrections, tighter size grading, and a sell-through that protects your margin.

Sayko Textile fabric library with stacked rolls of cloth in earth tones
The Fabric Library · 04

Three hundred and twenty proprietary constructions on permanent shelf.

The library is the spine of the business. Every cloth we have ever bought, woven, or developed is catalogued, swatched, and tagged with its mill of origin, composition, weight, shrinkage, and minimum-order rule. Partners browse it physically on-site or digitally through our private partner portal.

New constructions land each season: recycled-nylon ripstops, regenerative-wool flannels, organic-cotton heavyweights, and fully traceable leathers. If a fabric does not exist in your spec, we develop it with the mill — usually in six to ten weeks.

Denim Program · 07

An entire wall, washed and stacked by hand.

Our denim program covers raw selvedge from a single heritage mill, mid-weight stretch from a long-standing weaving partner, and heavy 16oz workwear from a family-run loom. Each roll is washed, sanforised, and lab-tested for shrinkage before it ever reaches the cutting table.

We finish in-house: laser fade, hand whiskers, stone wash, and rigid. A single fit can ship in eight washes without losing register on contrast stitching, rivets, or labels.
